What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on this website we collect your name, your company name, your email address, your telephone number where you provide it and the message you write. We collect nothing else and this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose only, which is to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you are asking about. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for marketing and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows from it, after which it is deleted. Where an engagement proceeds, information is retained in line with the record keeping obligations that apply to forensic and investigative work.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it and to ask us to delete it. To make any of those requests, write to us at info@afririsk.co.za and we will respond in writing.

Cookies and third parties

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics. The only thing stored on your device is a single note recording that you have dismissed the privacy message, so it is not shown to you again. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address in the process. No other third party receives anything.

Security

Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are delivered to a company controlled mailbox. Access is limited to the people who need it in order to respond to you.
